Christine Hanson

Christine, originally from Edmonton, has recorded and toured extensively throughout North America, Europe and Scotland. Christine is presently residing in Glasgow, Scotland, where she teaches at Stowe College and pursues her career as a freelance cellist.
Christine has recorded for BBC TV and collaborated and recorded with traditional Scottish singer-song writers, Michael Marra, Rod Patterson and Bruce MacGregor of Blazing Fiddles.
Christine has extensive theatre experience and recently, with fiddler Bruce MacGregor and actor, Billy Riddoch, was a member of the cast of the Dogstar Theatre’s critically acclaimed production of Hamish MacDonald’s “The Strathspey King”.
The past three summers Christine was on faculty at the Coast String Fiddlers Music Camp, British Columbia. She has toured with flautist Chris Norman and has been an accompanist at his Boxwood Festival, held annually in Nova Scotia.

Dave Wood

David, from Grindleford in Derbyshire, is regarded as one of the leading guitarists on the folk scene today due to his innovative, rhythmical accompaniment style.
In 2001 he was invited to play at the prestigious film premier of the Lord of the Rings alongside other leading musicians and has been playing at major folk festivals for many years. David has performed alongside Catriona MacDonald, Claire Mann and Brian Conway, to name but a few and has toured with well known musician Tom McConville and singer Bill Jones as well as appearing on several of their albums.
In 2001 Dave enrolled in the first year of the new Folk and Traditional music course at Newcastle University, and has become heavily involved in the new wave of Traditional music coming out of the Newcastle area.
 
Aaron Jones

Aaron was born in Poole in England. Encouraged by a musical family from Northern Ireland, he took up the bouzouki and the electric bass at the age of sixteen.
With over ten years as a professional musician under his belt, Aaron has earned invaluable concert and recording experience. He has toured worldwide with artists such as Craobh Rua, Seelyhoo, The Sandy Brechin Band, Iron Horse, Keep It Up, Burach, Tabache, Leo McCann, Dibidil, Davy Steele, Claire Mann and Urbn Ri. He has performed onstage with the various artists which include The Boys of the Lough, The Moving Cloud, Eamon Coyne, Flook, Phil Cunningham, Aly Bain, Michael McGoldrick, Deaf Shepherd, Fred Morrison and Carlos Nunez and has made numerous TV and Radio appearances worldwide.
He is also currently touring as part of a duo with Claire Mann with whom he sings and plays bouzouki and guitar. They have a brilliant album 'Secret Orders' available now.
